Introduction to Entrepreneurship
Starting a business or enterprise is entrepreneurship. It includes everything from thinking about a business or enterprise to running an enterprise in the long term. Entrepreneurship is considered the backbone of the economic development of any country or region.
This organization Ltd. has been conducting income and skill-based training for the economic prosperity of its shareholders with the aim of reducing poverty in Madhesh Province. In 2080.2081, training was provided to members under all service centers in commercial organic and commercial vegetable farming for the share members affiliated with the organization, and 92 members benefited from the training. Similarly, the organization, following the concept of creating a three-zero world by Bangladeshi Dr. Professor Mohammad Yunus, aims to reach out to the international community by involving youth in three-zero clubs in Sarlahi district, conducting entrepreneurship training, and distributing saplings for environmental protection and zero carbon emissions.
Objective of Entrepreneurship Development
The campaign “One House One Entrepreneur” initiated by the organization aims to provide necessary training in all service centers, identify various sources of income, and operate various income-generating training programs in order to help extremely poor members become self-employed and end poverty. The main goal of the campaign is to promote entrepreneurial development. Similarly, the main objectives are to form three zero clubs in various schools in Sarlahi district to provide employment to the youth in the country, conduct skill-based training under the Youth Entrepreneurship and Earning While Studying program, establish employment promotion centers in schools, develop rural areas, reduce global environmental problems and conduct tree plantation programs for zero carbon emissions.
Entrepreneurship development initiatives
To make the share members of all 5 service centers of this organization entrepreneurs, details were collected for 22 trainings for 467 share members for various income and skill-based training such as organic and off-season vegetable farming training, mushroom farming training, agarbatti candle operation training, and muda making training.
